Charley Enterprise is owned and run by Gregory Charley. The practice exists because a rental portfolio is a business, and most owners are running one without ever having sat down and designed it.
The work is deliberately narrow: property management consulting, real estate operations, and the reporting that connects the two. Advice comes from looking at what an owner actually has — the buildings, the tenants, the vendors, the numbers — rather than from a template applied to every client.
Gregory works directly with the owners the firm advises. There is no account layer between the person who owns the portfolio and the person giving the advice.
The standard the firm works to
An owner should be able to open one report and know whether the property did what it was supposed to do this month. If that answer is hard to find, the operation — not the building — is the problem.
